The intricate design is hand painted within the stainless steel frame. A variety of materials are inserted within and layered with artist’s resin resulting in a beautifully finished piece. The Menorah parts are cut to perfectly fit and are assembled using no welding or glue.
One of the oldest symbols of the Jewish faith, the Menorah, a seven-ranched candelabrum, was used daily in the Jerusalem temple. The nine-branched Menorah or Chanukia of today is lit during the eight days of the holiday of Chanukah. Commemorating the rededication of the temple and the jug of sacred oil, that miraculously, lasted for eight days.
